God is Good

Our God,
Ambi-omnipotent, able to save whether with left or right arm,
And neither is either of His eyes dimmed.
Never a hair on your head will be harmed
Unless He knows and allows and has plans for this,
Has plans for you in His plans for the world.

His mighty will
Is bound by His will to your dusty frame;
Eternal light, bending down, has suffered the same!
Every drop of the cup before you He drained
For the cup of his blood He exchanged.
Now drink it.
Get it into you and go through it
Look up and fill your eye with light
Put your feet on the earth, walk on and into the fight
